Live Application and Permit Draw Applications for one bull permit for the December Elk Hunt will be accepted 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m., Friday, June 25th and 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., Saturday, June 26th at the Buffalo River Elk Festival at Jasper. Applications are limited to one per person. Applicants must be Arkansas residents and provide a valid Arkansas driver’s license or an Arkansas identification card. Applicants under 16 must provide a hunter’s education card. Anyone with 12 or more violation points is ineligible. The winner must be present at the draw. The draw will be at 4:00 p.m., Saturday, June 26th at the Buffalo River Elk Festival. This will be for the December 8-12 hunt. |
